At Technerds, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date the item was delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free from damage, wear, or signs of misuse

  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and components

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the returns process.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or cancellations. These include products listed in our Final Sale collections or marked as non‑returnable at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
