Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Shipping Rates

Technerds offers simple, flat‑rate shipping:

Australia (Domestic)

  • Standard Shipping: $7.95 AUD

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days

International

  • Standard International Shipping: $14.95 AUD

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and may vary depending on:

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or unforeseen events

Delivery times are not guaranteed, but we always aim to deliver within the stated windows.


Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Some international shipments may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.


Shipping Delays

Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.


Lost or Damaged Packages
